Help

You can find help on the following topics in this page:

1. Your Accounts.
2. Booking Courts.
3. Applying for Tournaments.
4. Topping up your General Account.
5. Paying your membership fee.

1. Your Accounts

Every member has two accounts:

  • The General Account
  • The Membership Account

  • The General Account holds the funds with which you are able to book a court or apply for a tournament. Funds are deducted automatically when you book a court or apply for a tournament.

The Membership Account records transactions related to membership payments. On the 1st January of every year the system will deduct the membership fee from this account.

You may view the transactions for each of these accounts by clicking the "Your Accounts" link in the top bar of the page. At first this shows the General Account but you may switch to view the Membership Account by choosing this account from the drop down box and clicking the "Show" button.

    2. Booking Courts

To book a court first click on the "Courts" link at the top of the page. This takes you to the court screen which lists the available court slots for every court and every day of the week. Simply select an empty slot and click on it to book a court. After booking, click the "Refresh" button of your browser (or hit the F5 key on your keyboard) to confirm that the slot has been marked as booked and your name is indicated.

If you are trying to book a court during a period of high activity (such as Sunday morning), slots may appear empty in your browser, but in reality they would be already booked. This is because you would not have refreshed the web page showing the court bookings. Use F5 or click "Refresh" on your browser toolbar to ensure you are looking at the latest view of the available courts.

    3. Applying for Tournaments

To apply for a tournament, click on the "tournaments" link at the top of the page. This takes you to the tournaments page which shows upcoming and also past tournaments. The closing date of the tournament is also shown. If this has not expired, you can click on the "Apply" link to apply for the tournament.

When applying, please update your particulars such as gender, email and telephone number so that our database is up to date.

If you are applying for a doubles tournament, you will be asked to specify the name of your partner when you apply. At this stage, your application will be in a "PENDING" state until your partner applies too. Your partner needs to apply and specify your name for the application to be confirmed. Funds are deducted from the account of both players when the application is confirmed by both players. Applications that remain pending at the closing date of the application period will be deleted.

    4. Topping up your General Account

To top-up your general account, login and click on the topup link shown below your balance on the welcome screen. You will be asked to confirm your email address and the amount you would like to top-up. Once these are confirmed you are taken to a secure payment page where you enter your credit/debit card information and finalise payment. A receipt will be sent via email.

You may also access the online top-up page by clicking on the "Your Accounts" link at the top of the page and clicking on the "Topup Account Online" button on this page.

When you top-up online, your credit is updated immediately.

You may opt to top-up by paying in person at the club office.

    5. Paying your Membership Fee

Your membership fee becomes due on the 1st January of every year. You are given a 59 day grace period if you do not pay your membership fee immediately. If the grace period expires, your access to the system will be limited in that you cannot make any court booking or tournament application.

To pay your membership online, login to the system and click on the "Pay Membership Online" link just under the membership due warning in the welcome screen. Alternatively, you may click on the "Your Accounts" link at the top of the page, select "Membership Account" from the drop down list, click "Show" and click on the "Pay Membership Online" button.

If you pay your membership online, your account is updated immediately. If you were previously restricted from using the system, your access will be granted immediately.

You may also opt to pay your membership in person at the club office.
